Letter Pilot
Concept
An assistant for ordinary correspondence: what a letter is asking, what is due, and what a person might do next.
The situation
Official letters and long emails are easy to misunderstand and easy to postpone. The people who receive them are not looking for another inbox. They want the point, the deadline, and a way to answer.
The idea
Read for the things that change what someone does next. Keep a person in charge of anything that gets sent. Offer more than one language, because the letter and the reader are often not in the same one.
What we created
- Extraction of the important information
- Deadlines and required actions, pulled out of the prose
- A draft response the person can edit
- Follow-up that does not depend on memory
- Support across languages
The experienceThis is a concept. It is not a launched product, and it is not described here as one.

The rest of the letter can stay in the background. What matters is pulled forward: the date, the ask, and a draft you can still edit.
