Automate
Workflows, assistants, operations
Less repetition. Less copying between documents. More time for the work that needs a person. Aimed at real tasks, not at a fantasy of a business that runs itself.
Assistants
For questions, support, documents, and knowledge a team already has — including FAQ and customer-support assistants, and assistants over a known body of material. A person remains responsible for what goes out.
The repetitive layer
Reading documents, extracting what matters, classifying, drafting emails, handling leads, preparing reports, summarising meetings, pulling out actions, translation workflows, and content production that follows a known pattern.
Quieter operations
Spreadsheets, data cleaning, trackers, dashboards, KPI views, forms, process notes and SOPs, workflow analysis, and reporting. Practical Excel work and, where it fits, Power BI-style reporting — analysis in service of a clearer operation.
The boundary
The promise is practical: less manual work, more room for useful work. Not impossible autonomy.
