The situation
The common tasks are simple to say and fiddly to do. A useful assistant would shorten that distance without pretending the platform's rules are optional.
The idea
Design the conversation around a few everyday intents. Keep the person in control of what is saved or played. Treat the platform's terms as a constraint, not an obstacle to route around.
